| In the actual practice of modern human resource management,performance appraisal is an important part of the entire management system.Through performance appraisal,the establishment of a fair,just and open reward and punishment system within the company has a very important role to promote the realization of corporate strategic goals,improve individual work efficiency and a harmonious environment within the enterprise and advance the realization of the economic and social benefits of the enterprise.This paper takes the staff performance evaluation system of F education and training institution as the research object,combines relevant theories and methods of modern enterprise performance assessment,and finds a series of in-depth issues like the unscientific relevant assessment indicators,insufficient incentive systems,inadequate assessment communication and feedback mechanisms,and unreasonable assessment systems in the existing staff performance assessment,which in turn affect the performance of performance evaluation.During the research of the topic selection,this thesis introduces the performance appraisal theory as the basis of the research.Through the introduction of the analytic hierarchy process data model and the KPI index extraction,the evaluation model of the performance evaluation of the education and training institutions is optimized and analyzed in depth.Through the deep analysis of the status quo of the staff performance appraisal in education and training institutions,combined with the problems and deficiencies exposed in the course of practice,this thesis classifies and refines various issues found in the process of performance appraisal,proposes amendments and measures,sets scientific evaluation indicators,optimizes performance appraisal process,and conducts specific research on core issues such as communication and complaints in the progress of performance appraisal work,so that F education and training institution has conducted rational division of work in performance evaluation system in corporate culture construction,talent training and other aspects.Through the strengthening of institutional management system convergence and synergy,it promotes the healthy development of performance assessment work for the staff in F education and training institution,optimizes the scientific and rational performance appraisal system for the continuous development F education and training institution and provides a strong and fundamental guarantee for F education and training institution to achieve corporate strategic objectives. |
