Research On The Optimization Of Performance Assessment System Of Ningxia J Vocational-technical College

With the advancement of the reform of public institutions and the development of the higher vocational education,higher vocational colleges have been starting to strongly grow like new bamboo after rain,which train a great deal of high-quality skilled talents.In the meantime,higher vocational colleges have some problems in the process as well,including management mode is not advanced,performance appraisal system has some defects.These problems block development of the higher vocational colleges.It is special that performance appraisal system’s issues have direct influence on improvement and competent promotion of staff’s working methods,which is related to promotion of educational level.Therefore,what is meaningful to capacity of higher vocational colleges and improvement of comprehensive strength is improving management mode of staff’s performance and constructing reasonable performance appraisal system.This article is based on investigating degree of satisfaction of performance assessment from Ning Xia J vocational-technical college,working out its problems in academic performance assessment system.For example,criteria of performance assessment is too indistinct,assessment is not classified to promote,feature of reflection of vocational education is not enough and result feedback system is missing and so on.From the aspect of criteria of performance assessment,examination of subject and method and cycle and use of the result,we draw an optimum proposal to improve college teaching and management level and boost the further development of the college.In the meantime,may our experience supplies other similar college help in performance appraisal system.
