With the deepening of education reform and the promotion of quality-oriented education,the common concern of the educational community is to focus on the development of students' key competency.At present,our country pays more and more attention to the development and construction of the course system based on the key competency of the students.As the construction of the key competency course system of community education in the lifelong education system,there is little concern in the education circle.The richness and openness of course resources and the adequacy and authenticity of community interaction are not only the beneficial supplement and expansion of school education,but also the excellent place to fill the gap of family education and promote the core competitiveness of teenagers.Therefore,the landing of the key competency is bound to go to the community school.The relationship between the course research of community schools and the n the training of students' key competency,in key competence perspective,which fully examine the status of youth community school curriculum development,is not only to deepen the implementation of quality education,but also to adapt to the trend of education reform,quality education,but also to adapt to the trend of education reform.Quality-oriented theory and practice innovation is the only way which must be passed.The present situation of the research on the development and construction of Zibo city community school course which is deeply investigated and researched,It hopes to achieve the concrete and application of key competence in the community in the school course in theory.It also improve and promote the new course reform theory,to achieve breakthrough implementation difficulties in practice,integrate curriculum resources,and play the positive impact on the cultivation of key competence.The author first collects and sorts out relevant literature and data,identifying the relationship between community school course and key competency.The author should know the factors that influence the development of students' core competency.On this basis,the author through three months' internship experience,deeply observing,at the same time,the author should conduct a questionnaire and interview on the community teachers,students and parents around the key competency and community school course development.The survey results show that the problems and challenges faced by young community school curriculum development in cultivating students' key competency are: the subject community school,the lack of subject community school course development,the deviation of community school curriculum goal;the fuzzy of community school curriculum orientation;the lack of course support system at community school;the disconnect between key competency and course,the similarity of community school course content;the single evaluation of school course evaluation and so on.Based on this,the author puts forward some suggestions for improving the positive influence of community school course on key competency training.First of all,the development of community school course from the perspective of key competence needs more participation;secondly,the specific objectives of the school course into community key competency;third,clear positioning of the course,understand the course,pay close attention to the formation of students' key competency;fourth,cultivate the key competency course need diverse settings;fifth,strengthen the security system to support the course of community school;the establishment of multi-level course evaluation mechanism from the perspective of key competencies.
