| The level of implementation for primary school science curriculum is largely depended on the rich degree of science curriculum resources. Recent years, the research on the development and utilization of scientific curriculum resources has become a hotspot of science curriculum research directions. According to the new curriculum standard,from space, the science curriculum resources can be divided into three kinds, i.e., the community resources, school resources and family resources. Community curriculum resources are tend to be ignored by teachers intentionally or unintentionally compared with the latter two. Therefore, deeply research on the development and utilization of community curriculum resources is undisputed significant to “Enrich science curriculum resources, improve science teaching abilityâ€.In view of this, this study, taking Urumqi city as an example, using the combination of literature method, questionnaire survey, interview way and the field investigation method, has conducted a system investigation on the question of “Development and utilization community curriculum resources of primary school scienceâ€. First of all, the theoretical foundation of development and utilization of the community curriculum resources of primary school science has been sorted. Then, to analyze and summary the possible problems, the present situation of development and utilization for the community curriculum resources of primary school science in Urumqi city has been investigated by using the questionnaire, interview method and the field investigation method. Finally, on the basis of theoretical research and analysis of the problem, the countermeasures and practice modes have been presented for the effective development and utilization of community curriculum resources.Specifically, this research is divided into five parts:In the first chapter, the questions of “what is the subject, why study and how to study?†are answered. Moreover, a literature review for both domestic and overseas research current situation which related to this study is also presented.In the second chapter, the definition of “the primary school science curriculum resources in communityâ€, “the development and utilization of community curriculum resources for primary school science†and other core concepts are firstly presented. Then the theoretical foundation of the development and utilization of community curriculum resources of primary school science has been combed. The theoretical foundation includes: function positioning, the main basis of psychology, and the subjects, ways and principles of development. These theoretical studies can sufficiently avert the blindness in the process of the development of community curriculum resources of primary school science.In the third chapter, the status of the development and utilization of community curriculum resources of primary school science in Urumqi has been surveyed by using the empirically research methods combined by qualitative and quantitative research. The results show that: the understanding of science teachers for the science curriculum resources are narrow; there is a lack of policy and institutional support for the development and utilization of community curriculum resources in the school; there is also a lack of necessary communication and cooperation between school and community; “safety of studentâ€, “founds†and “personal time and vigor†have become the main barriers of the science teachers development and utilization for community curriculum resources.In the fourth chapter, some countermeasures have been proposed for the effective development and utilization of community curriculum resources of primary school science, which based on many aspects, such as the school system, communication and cooperation between school and the community, the teachers’ viewpoint of curriculum resources, the teachers’ ability for curriculum resources developing and so on.In the fifth chapter, based on the problems such as “safety of student†and “foundsâ€, two practical models of effective development and utilization of community curriculum resources have been constructed. They are “brought in†model of development and utilization which takes the school classroom as the center and “going out†model which takes the community activities as the center. |
