The proportion of secondary vocational school students in less developed areas is large,because the underdeveloped areas are low in industrialization and offer less opportunities for secondary vocational school students.Therefore,secondary vocational school students in this area are highly mobile.Good occupation value orientation plays an important role in the area of vocational students themselves,good occupation value orientation to guide students in employment,occupation target,occupation career design and development,career success,is the occupation value orientation is the secondary vocational school students by the students to the occupation identity people from the campus to the social transformation,an integral part of the process by learning to work in.Thus,in the current situation,should accelerate the pace of training of vocational students good occupation value orientation,to solve the problem of employment of vocational students in underdeveloped areas in China is the employment of an important step,it determines the development of national economy and social stability.Based on the above reasons,this paper investigates vocational value orientation of secondary vocational school students,aiming to understand the status quo of vocational value orientation of secondary vocational school students,and analyze the influencing factors of career value orientation.Based on the existing literature,by questionnaire and interview to collect relevant information,questionnaire survey of 5 secondary vocational schools 566 students were randomly selected from March 2016 to May in Hebei city of Zhangjiakou Province,519 valid questionnaires,and statistical analysis of the data.According to the results of the questionnaire data,we conducted in-depth interviews with 3 teachers in the secondary vocational schools,the head of employment and the graduates in different fields.The results of the study show that:1,the vocational value orientation of secondary vocational school students in Hebei province has a higher overall recognition level for salary treatment,status pursuit and self realization orientation,while social contribution orientation is a weak link of vocational value orientation of secondary vocational school students in Zhangjiakou.2,there are significant differences in vocational value orientation among the secondary vocational students with different gender,grade and growth environment.3.The influence factors of vocational value orientation of secondary vocational school students include three aspects: school factors,family factors and personal factors.According to the results,so that the community,schools and parents should be aware of the correct guidance of Vocational Students' occupation values,put forward to lead the secondary vocational students occupation values to develop education,guide students to ideal occupation planning,unified planning of the construction of local vocational education,to create a good view of the value of occupation education atmosphere,training students to set up correct the work values of countermeasures and suggestions.
