Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Micro-cultural Security In Universities

As mobile communication technology and the revolutionary development and quickening the popularity of smart phones,with "two micro and the client"(weibo,WeChat and mobile client)represented by mobile applications has filled the contemporary living space,mankind has entered the micro culture era,people's work,life and thought in the osmosis and profound changes.Cultural security is an important content of overall national security,and micro-cultural security is a new field and new trend in the development of cultural security.College students are the builders and successors of the socialist cause,and their cultural security awareness is of great importance to national security,including cultural security.On the other hand,it is deeply influenced by the construction of micro-cultural security in colleges and universities.The construction of micro-cultural security in universities is of great significance.It is of great theoretical value and practical significance to further study the problems of micro-cultural security in universities in the new era and put forward corresponding countermeasures.This paper consists of five parts.The main contents include:The first part,introduction.Introduced the thesis research background,research significance,research ideas,research methods and innovation points,based on the research topics on review of related literature,find out the shortcomings of existing studies,indicate the direction for further research.The second part,related concept definition and theoretical basis.Firstly,the basic concepts of security,cultural security and micro-cultural security are defined.Secondly,the theoretical basis of the study--marxist ideology theory and xi jinping's view on Internet security governance are briefly analyzed.The third part analyzes the current situation of microculture security in universities.Through the network in the form of questionnaire,some college students of six universities in hubei province to present situation of college micro culture as the theme of the survey,based on the survey data collection and analysis,summed up the current college micro culture safety of the construction of the achievements and deficiencies.Results show that the current college micro cultural security construction micro culture negative information dissemination weakening effective ideological construction in university and college culture safety consciousness,colleges and universities in the online play a leading role ability is insufficient and so on three aspects.The fourth part analyzes the cause of the problems in the security of micro-culture in colleges and universities.The strong impact of social thoughts from the west,the conflict between social and economic transition in China,college students' characteristics and university moral values education online effectiveness is not strong the four aspects analyzes the factors affecting the safety of the micro culture.The fifth part is the countermeasure research on the security of college micro culture.From this chapter to carry forward socialism main melody,the increase of the marxist ideology of attractive and improve college students' media literacy,the use of the media to strengthen online education guiding function,create a good public opinion atmosphere,etc,this paper discusses the countermeasures to solve the problem of the micro cultural safety.
