Research On Job Burnout Of College Counselors

The counselor is the first-line manager to students in a college,it's core competency is taking the ideological and political education to the students,and build a bridge between the students and the departments of the school.Ensure that students meet national and school developing requirements,shoulder the great mission of realizing the "Chinese dream" and to be patriotic and loving their school,of course graduate successfully at last.College counselor as a special group of administrative and teaching "double-line" development,the level of burnout of counselors is higher than that of other occupations.Counselors' physical and mental status and professional quality have a direct impact to the students who are the cornerstone of social stability.So burnout of counselors is worthy of attention.This paper takes the counselors of some key universities in Guangdong as the object of study,in order to seek some effective measures to alleviate or eliminate the job burnout of Counselors.Questionnaire and face-to-face interviews are the main methods in this paper,and basing on the nature of my work and research analysis.That the level of burnout and performance characteristics of each dimension can be obtained.It can be seen that the level of job burnout of counselors is moderate,which From the data and the conclusions of this paper.This paper lists many aspects for job burnout of the college counselors,it can be summed up as social relation,university and individual.In view of these three aspects,the countermeasures are put forward.The research of this paper focuses on the statistical analysis of the data,and proposes reasonable solution.In order to alleviate burnout level and improve work efficiency.
