College Conselor Burnout Research In The New Era

At present, the college counselors began to fade the phenomenon of job burnoutand it has a spreading trend. As an important part of the teachers, it responsible for thestudent thought political education and student management work of dual task. Ifcounselors get burnout, in terms of its own, it will affect their health of body and mind;speaking of the student, affect the socialization process and growth success; it wouldalso affect to the college education goals. Therefore, in a new period of collegeeducation reform, this paper discusses the phenomenon of university counselors jobburnout causes, looking for effective countermeasures to prevent burnout fordeepening the reform of education system, further promoting the head teachers’construction has a strong theoretical significance and practical value.This article draws lessons from home and abroad about teachers burnout, withCounselors of Anhui Province as the research object, using investigation method,interview, method mentioned, questionnaire research, respectively from the age,marital status, educational background, age, school title and such variables influenceanalysis the occupational tiredness important factors, and emphatically analyzes theissues of job burnout subjective reason and objective cause. Based on the previousstudies and puts forward some solving path, separately from the work to improve theenvironment, improve the university instructor management mechanism, establishingthe mechanism, strengthen the development of optimizing the self managementcountermeasures to effectively alleviate and prevent burnout problems.
