Job burnout is a problem of wide concern in the society.Counselors are in the front line of school education and management.However,the current international society is in flux,social ideological trends emerge one after another,the ideological and political work in colleges and universities is facing a severe challenge.Counselors,as the main attackers of ideological and political work in colleges and universities,are under great pressure.As an important part of national education,private higher vocational counselors'job burnout also deserves attention.Because of the particularity of"civilian-run" and the continuous expansion of higher vocational education in recent years,the quality of civilian-run students has declined,which brings more difficulties to the management of students.Therefore,the private higher vocational counselor's job burnout phenomenon is not optimistic,more worthy of attention and research.In order to solve the problem of job burnout of private higher vocational counselors,we should deepen the reform of the system of private higher vocational counselors,change the management mode of private higher vocational counselors,and strengthen the construction of the counselors team,new Knowledge and theories will also need to be drawn upon and applied.This research takes the Public Management as the angle of view,stands in the government department and the University Administration Department's Angle,positively explores the private high vocational instructor's job burnout question.This paper makes an empirical study on the job burnout of Private Vocational College counselors from the perspective of Public Management.This paper analyzes the causes of job burnout of private vocational college counselors by means of questionnaires and interviews,and puts forward corresponding solutions from three levels of society,school and individual,it is helpful to alleviate and overcome the job burnout of private higher vocational counselors.The innovation of this paper is to study the problem of job burnout from the perspective of public management.The theory of public governance,human resource management and incentive theory are used to make the theory of public management applied in more research fields and give full play to its theoretical and practical value.
