Teachers ' job satisfaction refers to the degree of satisfaction of the teachers to the teachers ' occupation and the influence of the teaching work,which is related to the quality of teaching and the efficiency of management,as well as to the teachers ' enthusiasm and work performance.Organizational commitment is an indicator of employee loyalty to the organization,which explains why employees stay in the organization and is an attitude toward the organization.In recent years,there has been a lot of research on the relationship between employee satisfaction and organizational commitment,but these studies are mostly concentrated in general enterprises or public schools,but less on the education and training industry.At present,with the continuous development of education and training industry,education and training into a competitive era.The foundation of supporting education and training enterprise operation is teachers,the completion of various business activities depends on the efforts of teachers and finally realized.However,at present,there are some problems in training industry teachers,such as low initiative,poor organizational commitment and even high turnover rate.Under such circumstances,if the training enterprises want to survive in the fierce competition and improve their organizational efficiency,they must arouse the potential of the teachers,which plays a vital role in the teachers ' job satisfaction and organizational commitment.This study takes the Chongqing branch of the Offcn Education as an example,investigates the job satisfaction and organizational commitment of teachers in Chongqing branch through questionnaires,and studies the influence of teachers ' job satisfaction on organizational commitment in education and training organizations,358 questionnaires were sent out,320 valid questionnaires were retrieved,and the effective questionnaire rate was 89.39%.Based on data analysis,the influence of teachers ' job satisfaction on organizational commitment and the influence of demographic variables on organizational commitment are discussed.The specific findings are as follows:1.There is a significant correlation between job satisfaction and organizational commitment in Chongqing branch of the Offcn Education.Overall,the higher the teacher's job satisfaction,the higher the organizational commitment.2.The impact of job satisfaction on organizational commitment: The job satisfaction of teachers,the work itself,salary and welfare,promotion training and management dimension have significant positive influence on affective commitment;Interpersonal relationship,salary and welfare,promotion training and management dimension have significant positive influence on ideal commitment;Working environment,interpersonal relationship,promotion training,The management and social support dimension have a significant positive impact on the normative commitment;The work itself,the management and the social support dimension have a significant positive impact on the economic commitment;The salary and welfare,the promotion training and the social support dimension have a significant positive impact on the opportunity commitment.3.The impact of demographic variables on organizational commitment: the degree of organizational commitment of male teachers in Chongqing branch of the Offcn education is higher than that of women;In the present age level of the teachers in Chongqing branch of the Offcn education,the longer the age,the greater the overall organizational commitment;From the academic point of view,the organizational commitment scale has two dimensions of the ideal commitment and economic commitment,The higher the education,the lower the ideal commitment and economic commitment;In terms of marital status,married teachers have higher organizational commitment than unmarried teachers,which may be related to the heavier burden of married teachers;From the perspective of working life,the overall length of the teacher's organizational commitment is higher than the short working life of teachers.In view of the above findings,in order to improve the teachers ' job satisfaction and organizational commitment in education and training organization,and to promote the improvement of their enterprise efficiency,the following suggestions are put forward: improving salary and welfare,enhancing teachers ' sense of belonging;strengthening research and development,innovating the path of teachers ' development and training,promoting teachers ' self-development;change the existing curriculum setting mode,lighten the working pressure of teachers;improve the working environment and improve the job security of teachers.
