A Study On The Moral Education Of The Vocational High School In Guandu District Of Kunming Under The Mode Of Semi - Militarization Management

The introduction of semi-militarized management in moral education work is notonly an important measure to adapt to the new situation and new demands for thesecondary vocational school, an important measure to improve and strengthen moraleducation,but also a kind of innovation in moral education work of school.On the onehand,as system supporting projects of the moral education work in Guandu DistrictVocational high school of Kunming(Hereinafter referred to as Guan Vocationalschool),the semi-militarized management promotes the school to form a goodeducational atmosphere, and makes the students’quality get the vast number ofparents and enterprise’s recognition and high praise;On the other hand,the moraleducation work has also met many questions and the challenge.As a National modelschool,the problems encountered in moral education work by Guan Vocational schoolalso exist in similar schools to varying degrees.This article starts with the currentsituation of school moral education work, analyzes the problems and explores thereasons. Based on the study of how to build Guan Vocational school’s proper moraleducation system in a semi-militarized management mode,the author thinks that themoral education work in the semi-militarized management mode play an importantrole to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of moral education,to keep theschool moral education work healthy and sustainable development and to producemore high quality applied talents for the society.In this paper, the research expects tooffer certain theoretical basis and specific guidance for school in solving theproblems existing in the moral education work and at the same time to provide abeneficial reference for the similar schools.
