In the long-term of national policy arrangement,social security and social welfare practice,the education of normal children and special school children is widely regarded.At present,the special children studing in regular school(i.e.,learning in regular class)has become a way of national special education,but for the reason that some regional policy has not yet been universal,and the society is not familiar with the form of learning in regular class,the special children learning in the regular school failed to get enough attention and care.The present situation is not optimistic due to the teacher's exclusion,the parents' neglect,the students' discrimination,etc.As a social worker,it is necessary to improve people's understanding of learing in regular class and help the special students to improve their social adaptability and adapt to the development trend of special education.Therefore,teachers,family members,peers and society are required to be inclus ive.Don't treat them differently as an independent individual,give them more attention,give full play to the initiative of the students learning in regular class,and guide them to actively participate in the study and life.In the present study,three typical “learning in regular class” students(all under the pseudonym)of E school in Xilinhot city were selected as the case study subjects.The present study investigated and analyzed their growth and learning environment and the way of school education,etc.,which truly reflected the life and learning status of students learning in regular schools,revealed the obstacles they faced in school life,understood their inner state,approached their life circ le,and paid attention to their growth experiences.At the same time,social workers are involved in the education of students learning in regular c lasses through professional methods.By improving the special students' living surroundings and the pattern of getting along with people,and helping them get energized,social workers can help them to improve their adaptability,change their attitude towards learning,and improve the current situation of d iscrimination,etc.This will help students learning in regular class to integrate into school life and lay a good foundation for adapting to social life.In the process of intervention,social workers constantly reflect on the effectiveness and problems of intervention.Learning from the experience of various sectors of society,we propose to promote the involvement of social workers in the work of learning in regular classes.Through supervis ion of the government,cooperation of teachers and parents,accompany of classmates and friends,and assistance of social worker assistance,we will construct a social support network for students learning in regular class.This paper consists of five parts: the introduction part narrates the purpose and meaning of the research,the related research literature review.By summarizing the definition of this study,the related policy,the present research situations in domestic and abroad,the theoretical basis of this paper was put forward.The first chapter introduces the basic situation of the learning in regular class education,study about the status of research subjects from the perspective of individuals,families,and society,and discover the research dilemma.The second chapter involves the use of individual social work techniques to intervene in the education of three typical children learning in regular classes.We also develop an intervention plan and analyze it.The third chapter rethinks from the perspective of social workers and summarizes the achievements and difficulties encountered in the intervention process.Proposals for integration education for students learning in regular classes are put forward from four aspects.The last part is the conclusion,by summing up and reviewing the process of social work involved in primary school education for students learning in regular classes,we have come to a conclusion.
