Preschool special children can enter ordinary kindergartens to attend regular classes,which is a concrete manifestation of educational equity.The essence of fair education is to promote the physical and mental development of all children.However,in the practice of education,due to some obstacles and defects,these children in regular class obviously have some difficulties in life self-care,activity participation,social interaction and so on.It is difficult to measure their development level by traditional evaluation methods.In addition,the use of individualized education programs can not meet the needs of preschool special children's personality development.Therefore,in order to do a good job in the individualized evaluation of children in kindergarten,the growth portfolio evaluation is a very suitable way to promote the development of children in kindergarten.It pays more attention to the growth process and personality development of preschool special children.As a developmental evaluation method,the core of growth portfolio evaluation is to promote the development of potential based on special children.To be specific,first of all,we should regard each child in regular class as a "person",discover and respect different personality differences,and provide ecological education environment for them.Secondly,through the multi subject evaluation,we can truly and comprehensively reflect the whole process of learning and life of children in regular classes,so as to understand the learning characteristics and development level of children in regular classes and clarify their special educational needs.Then,in the process of continuous self reflection,teachers adjust the design of teaching activities,choose the best education strategy,so as to truly realize the individualized teaching,and finally achieve the goal of promoting the maximum development of children in regular kindergarten.Based on the above growth portfolio evaluation concept and purpose,it is particularly important to determine scientific and reasonable evaluation criteria.It can be seen from the relevant provisions of national policies that the establishment of portfolio evaluation standards should not only adapt to the development level of special children,but also coordinate with the formulation and implementation of IEP.At the same time,the formulation of evaluation standards also needs to follow some construction principles,such as the principle of combination of pute,internationalexperience and localization,the principle of development suitability,the principle of combination of quantification and quality,etc.Then according to the characteristics of children's learning and special education methods,we can work out the specific evaluation index system.The different dimensions of evaluation indexes determine the different evaluation methods of Growth Portfolio.Therefore,growth portfolio evaluation mainly uses evaluation tools,observation records,activity tasks,parents' participation and other ways to collect portfolio materials.As an important evaluator,teachers and parents,after sorting out,analyzing,displaying and communicating the collected materials,think about how to make effective use of the evaluation results,so as to track the growth and progress of children in regular classes in kindergartens,and provide certain reference value for them to obtain development suitability education.
