The research is based on the former study on the reward and punishment,basing of the particularity of the physical and mental development in middle school students,at the same time,it combines the methods in reward and punishment that are used by head teachers in No.5 Middle School.According to this,I make this targeted approach in reward and punishment in middle school's class management.The study is focus on the current situation and the problems when head teachers are in charge of their class with reward and punishment.Through analyzing and reflection on reward and punishment,some deep exploration and rethought are coming into mind.Finally,the study make an exploration and reflection on the effective methods about reward and punishment used by head teachers.The paper analyzes the implementation status of the teacher's reward and punishment from the following aspects,including: analysis of the system of reward and punishment in junior high school;analysis on the implementation of the teacher's reward and punishment in different stages of development;analysis of students' rewards and punishments and students' recognition of rewards and punishments.The study shows that there exist some problems when using the reward and punishment when head teachers manage the class,including :The class reward and punishment system is not perfect;The literacy is great;People who are rewarded and punished are usually constant;The system of reward and punishment is still imperfect and the further work is a repeatability;The frequency of rewards and punishments is arbitrary and inflexible and the following education is not in time.Finally,basing on the research result,I analyze the factors that impact the teachers from the subjective and objective views.Objective factors include: The relevant laws are not sound;The system of rewards and punishment for school students is not clear;The deviation of public opinion and the management challenge brought by the special group of junior high school students.Subjective factors include: Different styles of head teachers have different strategies for the implementation of rewards and punishments;The head teacher of different development stage has different influence on the implementation of rewards and punishments;Head teacher's personal psychological quality on the implementation of rewards and punishments influence the implementation of rewards and punishments.In the end,the author explores the effective reward and punishment strategies of the head teachers,including: the school should perfect the scientific and reasonable teacher assessment system to promote the establishment and implementation of the class reward and punishment system;The class should pay attention to the supervision and implementation of reward and punishment system;The head teacher should set up the correct view of rewards and punishment,and should learn the reasonable method of rewards and punishment;At the same time,we should give full play to the power of students and parents.Finally,the head teacher should strengthen the students' regular education.When exploring effective strategies of rewards and punishment,the paper puts forward my personal reflection that is while using rewards and punishment strategy to manage the class,the head teacher must not ignore the negative impact of rewards and punishments while affirming the positive significance of rewards and punishments.It is expected that the head teacher can exert his maximum value to carry out the class management work in the process of implementing the reward and punishment.
