Reward and punishment in classroom means the teachers' behaves that influence students' behaviors. Reward is the agreement or praise given by teachers when the students' behaviors are consistent with teachers' expectation, while punishment is the negation or criticism given by teachers when the students ' behaviors are inconsistent with their expectation. In classroom, students are reward or punish by teachers. Reward or punishment in classroom depends on the scene at time and the will of teachers.In the study, the author went deep into the classroom, observed the phenomenon of in classroom, collected the materials, recorded the teachers' and students' behaviors completely, and analyzed the materials quantitatively and qualitatively. I tried to presented a full view of reward and punishment authentically to find out how students were influenced by teachers' reward and punishment. I concluded that the main characteristics of the phenomenon of reward and punishment which happened in classroom is teachers' controlling and students' obeying.
