Class is the main place for students to study and live.The quality of class management will directly affect the individual development of students.Therefore,class management is a very difficult and extremely important work.The process of new curriculum reform is advancing step by step.It requires education to face every student and focus on the future of students.With the deepening of the new curriculum reform,many drawbacks of the traditional middle school class management gradually exposed,mainly reflected in: class management in the authority of prominent;by the impact of examination-oriented education,ignoring the ability to cultivate;lack of management methods,limiting the development of students' personality;a single way of management,family education missing;Pay attention to students' mental health.These problems have seriously hindered the overall and healthy development of students.This research adopts the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis,and the questionnaire survey shows that:(1)the best self-evaluation of teachers is a planned work,the second is the control work,the third is the leadership work,the fourth is the organization work;(2)gender differences,the planning dimension,the female class supervisor In the leadership dimension,the class management of male class teachers is significantly better than that of female class teachers.(3)In the planning dimension,the work of the third grade class teachers is significantly better than that of the first grade and the second grade class teachers(at 0.01 level);in the control dimension,the work of the third grade class teachers is significantly better than that of the first grade and the second grade class teachers.On the other hand,the work of a class teacher in grade three is also significantly better than that of a class teacher in grade one and grade two(at 0.01 level);(3)On the difference of professional titles,there are significant differences in all dimensions of the full scale,the higher the professional titles,the better the class management situation;(4)On the difference of part-time teaching,the class teacher in planning work should be part-time teaching.Significantly better than the concurrent administrative head teachers;concurrent administrative head teachers in the leadership work is significantly better than theconcurrent teaching head teachers;(5)educational differences,master and above degree head teachers in the planning work dimension is significantly better than college degree head teachers;(6)teaching age differences,the full scale dimensions exist.Significant difference,teaching age over 10 years,its class management level will be significantly improved.According to the survey results,this paper first analyzes the problems existing in the work of class teachers in junior middle school,such as focusing on academic achi evements but neglecting health habits,weak class crisis management ability,disharmo ny between teachers and students,and imperfect class management system,etc.And s econd analyzes the causes of these problems,such as the backward management conc ept of "Score First",the lack of class management ability of class teachers,the lack of attention to students'psychological problems,the neglect of individual differen ces between students,the lack of management of class teachers'work training,the lack of independent management of students themselves,etc.Finally,in order to so lve these problems,this paper puts forward eight strategies for reference,such as upda ting the management concept of class teachers,improving class management ability,s howing solicitude for students'mental health problems,following closely stude nts' individual differences,paying attention to class teacher training management at al l levels,boldly exploring students'independent management mode,enhancing class teacher's personal charm and constructing cooperative management mech anism between school,class teacher and parents and society,which is expected to pla y a positive role in junior middle school class teacher's work.
