Education and technology are always closely linked.With the rapid development and popularization of computer and network technology,a new form of digital media--the new media has gradually flourished.On the one hand,the new media as an effective teaching method,with rich teaching resources and flexible teaching methods,students can receive education by using mobile phone and other mobile intelligent terminal,not only to enhance the students' interest in learning and knowledge of art classroom efficiency,but also enhanced the interaction between teachers and students,active classroom atmosphere a personalized,conducive to the development of students;on the other hand,the new curriculum reform also added a variety of new media art curriculum in middle school art teaching module,the modern educational technology into the classroom,the students' innovative consciousness,innovative thinking and innovative ability are developed,helps students to cross the science and art of fusion,has injected new vitality into the fine arts teaching of middle school.The model of fine arts mobile learning in this paper is based on the new media.Taking "new media" as the starting point and taking mobile learning as the foothold,we explored the art teaching in middle schools from two aspects: theoretical significance and practical value.Based on the study of new media art at home and abroad and the present situation and development of mobile learning,aiming at some problems in the current art teaching in middle school,expounds the advanced mobile teaching,and the necessity and feasibility of the model,the innovation in the fine arts classroom of middle school,combined with a variety of teaching examples,in-depth analysis of mobile learning in attracting the students' interest,stimulate creative inspiration and improve the efficiency of classroom teaching and other aspects of the role and effect,and strive for the future promotion of this teaching method to make a theoretical contribution.
