The Strategies Of Improving The Rule Of Law Accomplishments Of Ideological And Political Teachers In High School

The 4th plenary session of 18 th CPC Central Committee made a major strategic plan to comprehensively promote the rule of law.It called on the entire party and the people of all ethnic groups all over the country to work hard in order to build a country under the socialist rule of law.In the report of the Party's Nineteenth Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping also stressed the importance of raising the rule of law and ethical qualities of the entire nation.In 2018,a new round of curriculum reform based on disciplinary core literacy and the newly revised standard for ideological and political education in senior high schools were formally completed.The ideological and political course in high school is a kind of comprehensive course which not only regards strengthening moral education and cultivating people as its fundamental task but also regards cultivating the core socialist values as its essential purpose.Besides,it aims to help students establish a correct political direction,improve the core qualities of ideological and political disciplines,and enhance their social understanding and participation capabilities.The ideological and political class has become the main position for enhancing the education of the rule of law of high school students.Therefore,it is an important component of the core qualities that a senior high school ideological and political teacher must possess to actively promote high school ideological and political education teachers' rule of law literacy,actively guide high school students to respect the law and abide by the law,and consciously participate in the construction of a socialist country under the rule of law.This thesis is divided into four parts.The first part is introduction.The second part clarifies the concept of the rule of law literacy.The author elaborates the constitutional elements of the rule of law in senior high school ideological and political education,at the same time analyses the importance of consciousness of the rule of law that each ideological and political teacher should possess.Through the observation in internship in Qingxin NO.1 Senior High School of Qingyuan Guangdong province,interviews with teachers and some research literature,the second part makes a summary about the current situation and problems among ideological and political teachers in high school.Moreover,it analyses the reasons why the teachers lack of the rule of law.The four part puts forward the strategy of raising the law-based accomplishment of high school thought politics teachers from three perspectives of higher normal college,high school and high school ideological and political teachers.
