Music education is an indispensable part of quality education,music classroom aims to explore the knowledge of music,music aesthetics,music creation.Compared with other subjects,music class has the characteristics of cultivating sentiment,aesthetic experience,performing rhythm and innovation,aiming at the particularity of music classroom management in primary school and the imbalance of the physical and mental development of primary school students,how to improve music classroom management level in primary school is very important to the development of music teachers and school.At present,there are many aspects of music subjects in music,and the theoretical research on music classroom management is relatively small.The classroom management of music in primary schools needs to be further explored,and the problems and countermeasures of music classroom management are the big problems of music education.This paper mainly through literature research,questionnaire survey method,interview method and case method,with music teachers and students as the survey sample,JP elementary school music classroom management status of Lianyungang city were investigated.At the same time the author combines the teaching experience and practice of music,and finds that there are a series of problems of music classroom teaching management in JP elementary school.Based on the actual situation,this paper probes into the aspects of school,teachers,students and social factors.According to the survey,the school's management of music classroom need to be strengthened,supervision does not reach the designated position,the environment has not been improved,part-time status of music teachers' teaching exists;Teachers' classroom management way of planning is not clear,not scientific,binding,music skills;Student classroom behavior of self-consciousness is conspicuous,despise music subjects,discipline,loose;Social negative factors such as family separation,family dotes on,and the quality of parents restrict such problems as teachers disciplining students.In view of these problems,I mainly focus on four aspects: firstly,the school attaches importance to the positioning of music curriculum in education.Secondly,we will explore the new strategy of music classroom management.Thirdly,students should strengthen self-management and study management.Finally,the positive energy of music teacher's classroom management is to be disseminated to a new level of classroom management of music in JP primary school.
