Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Cultivating Entrepreneurship Talents In Undergraduate Colleges And Universities

With the deepening of economic globalization,China's economic development has entered a new normal situation,and talents are becoming more and more important in the economic and cultural development.In the cruel world economic competition,the entrepreneurial talent is the fundamental need to innovate the society and promote the development and progress of the society under the background of "double innovation".Especially in the domestic job market of increasingly fierce environment,the entrepreneurship has become another important choice for the graduates.As an important base to the all-round development of high-quality talent in the colleges and universities,the cultivation of the creative education is imminent,and the training to entrepreneurial university students in these colleges and universities is becoming the current general education workers to ponder and explore the reality of the problem.This paper will be divided into six parts,the main research idea is as follows:firstly,the introduction part,which mainly elaborates the research background and significance,the research both at home and abroad,idea and method of point and difficult point and innovation.The second part is theoretical overview.On the basis of the summary and analysis of predecessors' researches,the innovation,entrepreneurship,innovation,entrepreneurship,and entrepreneurial talent concepts are.The third part is the current situation analysis.On the basis of the relevant empirical research to the current undergraduate course colleges and universities in our country as the research object,the entrepreneurship education in undergraduate education was analyzed and the necessity of the specific means of factor analysis and difference analysis was also carried out on the extracted data and descriptive analysis,moreover,the status was summarized.In the fourth part,problems and reasons are searched for.On the basis of the third part,this paper explores the problems existing in the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents in undergraduate universities and the causes.The fifth part was about the countermeasures.Combining with the problem,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to cultivate the entrepreneurial talent cultivation in colleges and universities,which mainly focus on making suggestions for the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities.The sixth part is about the conclusion and prospect.Based on the theory of comprehensive development and quality education,thisstudy explores the status quo of entrepreneurial talent cultivation.According to the national more than 289 valid questionnaires of college students,the article adopts the method of empirical study.With the use of SPSS22.0 for Windows,the correlation analysis was carried out for valid questionnaires,which aims to verify this investigation of the problem in this paper.
