A Study On The Training Mode Of Entrepreneurial Talents In Oujiang College Of Wenzhou University

Entrepreneurship has become a global topic, and governments have started gradually to realize the importance of entrepreneurship. It is known well that nowadays economy is already sputtering and the employment situation of university students has become more critical in China. So our government and universities attach great attention to the college students’ self- employment and the cultivation of the entrepreneurial talents. As the new non-government institutions with quick development, the independent colleges are the important component of our higher education system. Some independent colleges in recent years begin to lay more stress on the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents and the implementing of entrepreneurship education. Their purpose is to cultivate the students’ consciousness and ability of entrepreneurship, and to improve the comprehensive quality of students, and make more students go on the road of entrepreneurship. It becomes particularly important how to construct and optimize the cultivating mode of entrepreneurial talents in the Independent Colleges so that more and more entrepreneurial talents can be trained.Oujiang College of Wenzhou University was set up in 2000 and was approved as an independent college by the Ministry of Education in 2004. Oujiang College is an innovative and experimental area for the talents’ cultivating mode of national entrepreneurship education, and is a research base of entrepreneurship education in Zhejiang province, and is a typical model in the aspect of entrepreneurial talents’ cultivating modes of independent colleges. This dissertation takes the cultivating mode of entrepreneurial talents in Oujiang College of Wenzhou University as research subjects, and presents and analyzes it in several aspects including educational theory, the target of training, the setup of specialty, curriculum, teacher, the route of training, the system of training, the evaluation of training by the methods including literature, investigation, case and so on, discusses historical exploration, current situation, brilliant achievement, and existent problem of the cultivating mode of entrepreneurial talents in Oujiang College, and points to the principles and the feasible strategies for constructing and optimizing the training mode of entrepreneurial talents in Oujiang College.Researching the training mode of entrepreneurial talents in Oujiang College of Wenzhou University can provide the guideline of direction for the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents in independent colleges, and offer the reference to the construction and optimization of the training mode of entrepreneurial talents in independent colleges, and make the cultivating of entrepreneurial talents in independent colleges on to a standardized path.
