The Practice And Exploration Of The Professional Teaching Reform Of Secondary Vocational School Under The Concept Of Creating Guest

Now education is accompanied by information dissemination and the personalized needs of people's learning display rich forms.As learning forms,the concept of innovation,and creative-guest education,as a kind of teaching concept effectively cater to the young people and social demand for innovation,in the field of education reform to bring more likely for the future.Developed countries have successively launched the creative-guest education programs,space constructions,creative-guest innovation projects and other forms of creative-guest activities,which have achieved outstanding results.Our country also set out to carry out innovation education with the creative-guest concept as the breakthrough,vigorously support the innovation teaching.Through the creation of education,we can actively develop students' independent thinking and form a personalized and market-oriented learning system,so as to maximize their individual ability.This paper takes the present situation of hotel management major in K school as the research object,and reforms the major before applying the creative-guest concepts.Through questionnaire,interview and other ways,this paper puts forward the existing problems from four aspects: training goal,curriculum,cultivating way and professional evaluation.In the aspect of cultivating goals,there exist vague and lack of normative questions.In the aspect of curriculum setting,there are problems such as lack of features,large scale,unreasonable system and lack of support system.In the aspect of culture,there exists a single form,unscientific content and lack of systematic guidance.In terms of professional evaluation,education quality assurance system has no system,lack of good communication between school and enterprise and weak adaptability of students.Deeply analyzes the current vocational school professional teaching reform goals and the present situation,create-guest concept will integrate into the training goal,In the course of improving the curriculum,cultivating way and professional evaluation,the effects of professional reform after the application of the creative-guest concept are compared.Through the application of the creative-guest concept,more than 70% students' feedback interest in classroom learning has been strengthened.At the same time,it has been effectively developed in thinking.Further,the author puts forward some suggestions for further optimization of the application of the creative-guest concept,including the establishment for the integration of hotel management talents training objectives,the construction of a reasonable curriculum system for hotel management majors.Actively reform the professional teaching method under the concept of creating guests,strengthen the construction of "double teachers" structure of hotel management specialty,and establish the perfect guarantee mechanism of hotel management specialty.
