Research On The Two-way Interaction Strategy Of Social Workers Involved In Individual Integration Into Organizations And Organizations Into The Community

In recent years,the migration of migrant workers in our country tends to be "family",and more and more children follow their parents or their families to the city.It has also brought a series of community problems,which have drawn increasing attention from central and local governments.O n the one hand,the government has continuously improved institutional policies to promote the integration of migrant children into the community.O n the other hand,the government has gradually attached importance to the role of social work and has tried to purchase special services for the integration of migrant children into the community.Therefore,the study of social work intervention in the service strategy of migrant children's community integration is of great significance for today's social development.The study selected the mobile children's service project of F institution in Panyu District of Guangzhou C ity as a case.O n the basis of strength perspective,through participant observation,depth interview and questionnaire survey method to collect data flow of F institutions into the children's community service research,to experience service policy refinement of F institutions,to explore the strategies of the exis ting problems,and put forward some suggestions to provide reference for other similar services of social service agency.On the basis of the concept of strength perspective,this study from four aspects of the F institutions of migrant children community into the service strategy to explore.First of all,the two-way interaction between the F institutions involved in the integration of individuals into the organization and the integration of the community into the community is introduced.That is,social interaction between individuals and the informal organizations,informal organizations and community organizations.This is essentially the organization integration strategy.Secondly,it analyzes the choice of two-way interactive strategy.That is,the plight of demand in the process of community integration of migrant children and its causes.Thirdly,through the empirical analysis,this paper explores how the F institutions,under the guidance of the superiority perspective,how to practice the two-way interactive strategy of individual integration into the organization and the organization into the community,and summarizes the service experience and the effectiveness of the F institutions.This is also the core part of this paper.Based on the exploration and refining institutions of F mobile children strategy experience,social work practice with "social" and "work" features of strengths perspective are discussed,put forward the mobile children into the community non personal problems.But is closely related with the social environment.Therefore,the social work practice of "social" and "work" repeated thinking and action implementation.
