Research On The Relationship Between Entrepreneurial Network And Venture Performance

Entrepreneurship can provide jobs,create innovative and positive cultural atmosphere,promote economic growth and maintain social stability.With the popularization of higher education,college students who have professional knowledge and innovation ability become the main force of entrepreneurship.It becomes the hot issues on which all sectors of society keep the eyes for college students to run a new enterprise.The government encourage college students to run a new enterprise as well as they can.They promote the entrepreneurship concept and increase entrepreneurship opportunity by making preferential policy for entrepreneurship.But,the entrepreneurial performance of college students' innovative undertaking is negative,and they face survival crisis at the initial stage because of the new entrants imperfection and obstacle and threshold from old one.College-students' entrepreneurial firms demand more resource from external due to the inherent shortage of recourse and scarce capacity of self-sufficiency.And it's hard to get the trust and support by the recourse owner on account of their low-level reputation,experience and legality.So the entrepreneurial network is very important.Entrepreneurial network is the most important way for college-student entrepreneur to gain recourse and information.This Thesis carried on the research around the problem that college-student entrepreneurial network how to affect venture performance,constructed a theory frame of conduction of college-student entrepreneurial network,including enterprise growth stage.Firstly,analyze the conduction mechanism that entrepreneurial network affect venture performance through organization learning and the regulating effect which enterprise growth stage act on the relationship between entrepreneurial network and venture performance.Secondly,according to the theoretical analysis,establish conceptual model and raise hypothesis,then design questionnaire and collect related data for the foundation of empirical test.Thirdly,establish structural equation model to verify college-student entrepreneurial network conduction mechanism and multiple regression model to verify enterprise growth stage regulatory effect.Finally,analyze the conclusion of empirical test and offer some suggestion for college-student entrepreneurs.This Thesis draw a conclusion: First,college-student entrepreneurial network affect venture performance through organization learning which contain four routes:(1)Strength of entrepreneurial network work on venture performance by utilization organization learning.(2)Strength of entrepreneurial network work on venture performance by exploration organization learning.(3)Scale of entrepreneurial network work on venture performance by utilization organization learning.(4)Scale of entrepreneurial network work on venture performance by exploration organization learning.Second,the enterprise growth stage make regulating effect between the two dimensionalities and venture performance.It means when enterprise grow up strength of entrepreneurial network less effects on venture performance reduce and the affect that scale of entrepreneurial network have on venture performance increase.Establish the frame of relationship between college-student entrepreneurial network and venture performance,summarized college-student entrepreneurs' successful rule and provide some reference for college-student entrepreneurs to promote venture performance by utilizing entrepreneurial network.
