There are various forms of stigmatization of people with mental disorders in society. The manifestations of stigmatization of patients with mental disorders include the link between the status quo of persons with mental disorders and abstract terms in the field of social sciences.Pathology attributes the status of persons with mental disorders to their fragile bodies.Social worker ethics emphasizes individual diversity and cultural diversity, and emphasizes respect and respect for everyone. This article analyzes the course of evolution of a person with a mental disorder from perspective of social worker ethics.Throughout the entire process of the evolution of the patient's condition,it can be found that the owner's growth history and living environment have had a great impact on the status quo of the case's owner. The status quo of the case is caused by compromises that cannot withstand the stimuli of daily life. From the point of view of social work, patients are different. It is not appropriate to sum up the causes of all patients with specific words. The patient's etiology should be explored in light of the patient's growth history and living environment. And it should be recognized that respecting the patient is not because he is a vulnerable group, but because they are victims of a specific environment. This article discusses how social workers use the method of narrative therapy in large chronic rehabilitation hospitals to participate in the recovery of patients with mental disorders. It can be proved that narrative therapy can be applied in the field of mental disorders. The tactical operation of narrative therapy can be slightly modified. It also shows that narrative treatment can slowly change the owner of the case, but the core problem of people with mental disorders lies in the endurance of stimulation, and narrative therapy cannot solve this problem.Combining with research cases, the author reviewed the treatment of residential homes: I believe that the longer the treatment for people with mental disorders is not in the hospital, the better;the question of the title of the patient in the hospital is discussed, which shows that the “profile” itself is a kind of disrespect.Respect for descriptiveness should be worthy of advocacy;it analyzes the specific cultures that may be generated by bringing people with mental disorders together for treatment, and the possible impact of this culture. It also analyzes the problems encountered when conducting research and services, namely the ambiguity of social workers and researchers.Emphasize that regardless of conducting research or social service, you must clarify your role and positioning.
