Teacher teaching evaluation is an indispensable link in education and teaching activities.The purpose is to obtain information on teacher teaching efficiency and effectiveness through the evaluation of teacher education.The evaluation result is used as self-feedback,self-adjustment and self-improvement by teachers.Important reference.Through teaching evaluation,teachers' teaching concepts should be changed to promote the improvement and development of teachers' professional skills so as to improve students' learning effects.Unfortunately,at this stage teachers' teaching evaluation is generally focused on the subjects of middle and senior high schools.In reality,teaching and evaluation of the information technology disciplines of new courses is less.The reason is that the information technology discipline has not been valued,the utilization rate is not high,and the evaluation quality is not high.Therefore,to improve junior high school information technology teachers' teaching evaluation,the degree of attention is low,the utilization rate is low,and the evaluation quality is low.The first thing to do is to establish a teaching evaluation system suitable for junior middle school information technology teachers.To achieve this,it is necessary to comprehensively consider the establishment of evaluation indicators in various aspects of curriculum standards,subject characteristics,and information literacy training of information technology disciplines,and to select appropriate evaluation methods and evaluation techniques to establish a sound evaluation system.This research mainly focuses on the subject of teaching evaluation of junior middle school information technology teachers,and follows the combination of theoretical research and practice to study the teaching evaluation of junior middle school information technology teachers.This study focuses on the four major parts of the study: "Literature research-index selection-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on analytic hierarchy process-level analysis of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method" to study the teaching evaluation of junior middle school information technology teachers.In the first part,through literature research,the purpose,direction,subject of evaluation,evaluation basis,etc.of the study are determined.In the second part,from the existing evaluation index system,according to the evaluation basis,select evaluation indicators suitable for different evaluation subjects.In order to verify whether the selection of evaluation indexes meets the needs of the evaluation subject and whether the evaluation index is scientific,428 questionnaires are distributed to the student evaluation subject.The evaluation subject distributed 35 questionnaires,and the expert evaluation subject issued 7 questionnaires.Through data collation and data analysis,feasibility indicators were determined based on the analysis results,and evaluation indicators for each evaluation subject were established.In the third part,the appraisal index has been established to choose the appropriate evaluation method to evaluate,the main use of the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of the index,the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to combine qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation of teachers for comprehensive quantitative evaluation,so that teachers The effect evaluation results are comparable.In the fourth part,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of AHP can be realized through the construction of teacher teaching evaluation management system,which is applied to the teaching evaluation of junior middle school IT teachers.This study mainly evaluates two junior high school IT teachers in C schools.Applying this teaching evaluation method to teachers 1 and 2 for evaluation,it was found that teacher 1's teaching can achieve good teaching results,but teaching attitude,teaching content,and teaching management need to be further improved.Teachers 2 are more prominent in both teaching attitude and teaching content,and they need to be further improved in terms of basic teaching skills,teaching methods,and teaching effects.The results of the study show that the evaluation results of Teacher 1 and Teacher 2 using this evaluation method are consistent with the strengths and weaknesses of teachers in teaching,indicating that the evaluation index system established in this study and the evaluation methods used are scientific.Finally,the author put forward some suggestions on the results of teaching evaluation from the teacher level and the school level,hoping to improve the teaching quality of teachers and promote the professional development of teachers.
