Student Training Of Chengdu Football College Based On Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method Quality Research

The foot reform plan points out that "we should rely on qualified universities to set up football colleges".In September 2016,Chengdu University opened Chengdu Football College.Since then,the establishment and construction of the first comprehensive general undergraduate college football College has officially entered the public eye.Therefore,clear the nature of Chengdu football college students training quality attributes and basic characteristics,to clarify its development course and scale,build students training quality evaluation index and comprehensive evaluation,is beneficial to understand the direction of college professional training,starting from the training orientation of football training,understand the talent training level and the problems existing in the training process of college,in order to strengthen the targeted training of talents.Chengdu football college students cultivate the quality as the research object,using the literature method,delphi method,questionnaire survey,hierarchical analysis,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the football professional ability to build training quality evaluation index and comprehensive evaluation,comprehensive and clear understanding of the Chengdu football college students cultivate quality level and the training problems,better targeted training.By sorting out the relevant studies of college football colleges,the preliminary evaluation indexes were selected based on the talent training program of Chengdu Football College,and then three rounds of revision and improvement were made through the Delphi method.The evaluation index of student training quality of Chengdu Football College is constructed from three levels,and each index is calculated by hierarchical analysis,and finally a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is constructed for empirical evaluation.The following conclusions are mainly drawn:(1)Through the Delphi method,three first-level indexes are extracted: basic quality,process quality and result quality.Eight secondary indicators: training target,training security,curriculum structure,teaching,practice,knowledge structure,ability structure,professional quality,three indicators including training target rationality,talent demand and target,teaching methods,teaching evaluation quality monitoring,sports teaching ability,sports research ability,football professional practice ability,employment innovation ability,professional ethics,comprehensive quality indicators,a total of 24.(2)The hierarchical analysis method is used to calculate the weight of all levels of indicators.Primary index weight size ranking: base quality <process quality <result quality.Sking of weight size of secondary indicators: training guarantee <training target;Teaching link <curriculum structure <practical link;Knowledge structure <professional quality <ability structure;Order of three-level index weight size: rationality of training target positioning<degree of consistency between talent demand and target;Student source guarantee<Resource guarantee;Course proportion is <course content;Teaching design <teaching implementation <teaching evaluation quality monitoring;(Trainee,internship,study)Practice resources <(internship,internship,study)practice requirements <(internship,internship,study)practice results;Knowledge related to sports science <basic theoretical knowledge of sports<football professional competence <theoretical knowledge of sports projects;Physical education teaching and research ability <employment ability <creation teaching process evaluation ability <football professional practice ability <physical education teaching ability;Personality characteristics <comprehensive quality <professional ethics.(3)The results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation show that the final score of students in Chengdu Football College is 81.20,which is at a good level,among which the basic quality score is 80.64,the process quality score is 80.98,and the result quality score is 81.54.In the process of talent training,the quality of foundation,process quality and result quality restrict and rely on each other.The basic quality as the premise,the process quality as the guarantee,and the result quality as the inspection.The training results of its colleges are at a good level,and its training mode is of reference significance for the establishment of football colleges in comprehensive colleges.
