With the implementation of the "rural teacher support program(2015-2020)" and the implementation of "primary and secondary school teachers' information technology application ability promotion project",the teaching ability and professional development of rural teachers have been greatly improved.However,there are still some problems,such as the poor quality of school-based training,the separation of network training and teaching practice,and the lack of continuous professional support for teachers' education.Therefore,in order to guide the reform of rural teachers' training mode in various places and to further improve the quality of the training of rural teachers,our country has formulated the "guide for the training of rural teachers" to carry out and implement the "network and school based integration" training project.The integration of network and school-based training,which combines the advantages of school-based training and network training,caters to the characteristics of adult learning,and is widely used with its openness,convenience and good interactivity,and has become an important way to improve the teaching ability of teachers.Based on this,this paper attempts to study the following two questions: first,"network and school based integration" training in the implementation of rural schools,what are the problems,and what are the reasons for these problems?Secondly,what are the practical ways and strategies to improve the rural teachers' "integrated training" ?This study first combs national policies and related literature to grasp the evolution process and vision of the "network and school-based integration" training mode.Secondly,the Rural School of Zhaojue County of Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan Province,Luxian County of Luzhou in Sichuan province and Tongnan District of Chongqing in Chongqing are carried out to understand thesituation of "network and school based integration" training in rural teachers.By means of participatory observation,open interview,data collection,questionnaire survey and network literature review,the present situation of "network and school-based integration" training in rural schools and the attitude and predicament of rural teachers are studied.In addition,through the friends of Shandong,Yunnan and Tibet autonomous regions(all these friends are the primary school teachers in the rural areas and participated in the "integrated training")the network questionnaire is promoted in the school,and the typical teachers are recommended for telephone or online interviews.Gradually carry out information collection and research,and get relevant teachers and administrators' training account to study and understand the research platform.This paper discusses the positive experience and reverse predicament of rural teachers' development of "network and school-based integration" training,and tries to propose a "integrated training" to improve the teaching ability of rural teachers.The "network and school-based integration" training is based on improving the level of information-based school-based training,network platform is the main form of "network and school-based integration" training.Focusing on the personalized needs of rural teachers,which is close to the reality of teaching and embody the dominant position of schools.In the form of expert guidance and network mutual assistance,the integrated training set up a regular training mechanism through long and in-depth training to fully improve the education and teaching level of primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas.Rural schools carry out "network and school based integration" training.This new training concept can update the teaching ideas of the teachers.The concurrent study and practice alleviated the contradiction between rural teachers' work and study to some extent.The practice cooperation community formed to reduce the "loneliness" of rural teachers' learning and teaching work and reshape the social relationship of teachers.In the course of the study,teachers' local resources have greatly enriched the local educational resources.Although the “network and school-based integration”training in rural areas to improve the integration of teacher training quality to a great extent,but the “network and school-based integration”training is still in the primary stage of exploration and practice,in the specific implementation process also exposed many problems:(1)to a certain extent,ignored the particularity of rural teachers: The level of rural teachers' information technology is low,the teaching,the study task is heavy,the self-learningconsciousness is weak,and so on.(2)there is not enough attention to the difference of education and teaching in urban and rural areas: the research content is serious,the focus of rural teachers' actual demand is not enough;(3)the complicated and complicated form of activity makes the rural teachers unable to take care of the rural teachers.Teachers' lack of subjective "presence" in the development of the research activities has not reached the original intention of the active organization;(4)in the aspect of learning support services,the design interaction experience of the research platform is not good,which reduces the enthusiasm of the rural teachers' network training;(5)the follow-up guidance,answer and confusion,comment and so on of the network platform interact with each other.Form still lacks guidance and support from teaching and research personnel and teaching professionals.integrated training "network and school-based integration" trainingThrough the research and analysis,we believe that in order to improve the teaching ability of rural teachers,we must accurately grasp the basic integration principle of "integrated training".The "network and school-based integration" training is not only a simple network training and school-based training,but also the integration of a variety of research methods and the integration of various resource types.The aim is to achieve the effective integration of information technology and education.Therefore,"network and school-based integration" training in the study is aimed at the learning needs of the rural teachers,oriented to the "living" problem,to integrate the study and practice,to pay attention to the management of the teachers' research and study resources,to create a menu type study course system,and to choose the appropriate resources and courses with the way of "dispersing communication to see the class",and saving the teachers.Time;in the organization of activities,with the help of the network community,based on the needs of the school based,a variety of training activities as the carrier,a community of teachers' regional cooperation is set up to form a community of "professional symbiotic" teachers.In the vision of development,the local specialist team should be set up with the guidance of foreign aid experts,with the assistance of information technology teachers,the integration of research and research,and the improvement of the academic level of rural teachers and the "hematopoiesis function" within the rural schools.
