Teaching material is the carrier of basic knowledge,it is the basic basis for teachers to carry out teaching,and it is also an important tool for students to acquire knowledge.Therefore,teaching materials play an important role in teaching.After a new round of curriculum reform,the history course in the teaching program,curriculum setting,teaching target,teaching methods and means and the teaching material and so on has carried on the reform,including the reform of teaching material is a key ring.According to the new curriculum standard,high school history teaching materials have many versions,such as: o ’clock middle school history teaching material,people’s version of high school history textbooks,yuelu edition middle school history textbooks and Beijing normal university version of high school history teaching.The new version of the history textbooks,whether in the text on the system,or in the text on the auxiliary word,unlike previous teaching material,made a wide range of adjustment and modification,embodies the concept of new curriculum reform.The history textbook of middle school is composed of two parts: the text system and the text auxiliary system.The text system has been the focus of attention of people from all walks of life both education administrative personnel and textbook writers,researchers,or a teacher,the text system as the core of the teaching material.For the text auxiliary system,it is not very important.In the process of reading historical materials and their practice,history textbooks for high schools are compulsory auxiliary word "vertical and horizontal history" has its own unique structure,position and value,worthy of study,become the origin in the paper.Through to the "historical aspect" 126 columns for text analysis,found the has an important status and value in the teaching,it is an important material,the teacher’s teaching students to learn the important historical data,and can supplement the text of the text content,arouse students’ interest in study,which helps to cultivate students’ learning ability.At the same time,we sorted out the columns and studied the presentation of the columns.The study found that the "historical aspect" column has the value orientation of curriculum standard,student centered and cognitive development.Through questionnaire investigation to high school history teachers as the research object,research present situation of using column in the high school history teaching,reflect on "vertical and horizontal history" column,find its manifestation in the content,language,choice of historical facts,learning ability,the use of columns and the knowledge on the wide degree of the problems.Finally aiming at existing problems,and puts forward the notice to content the diversification of forms,play to the charm of language expression,to grasp the "history of vertical and horizontal" column,the increase of the number of degrees of teachers’ professional quality development,expand students learn knowledge widely degrees and improve students historical thinking applied force these six Suggestions.Analyzing the value of "historical aspect" column,find the value of history teaching between teachers and students,but there are still many problems,puts forward the optimization advice,aimed at the middle school history teachers’ teaching and students’ learning and teaching history reference.
