Research On The Supply-side Reform Of Sports Instructor Service At Morning And Evening Exercise Site In Xi'an

With the rapid development of social economy and the continuous changes of urbanization,the living conditions of the people has been greatly improved,and the pursuit of healthy quality of life is also the life choice of many urban residents.So that urban residents can directly and conveniently participate in physical training,the increasing number of people also make people need sports guidance services.In this study,the author investigated the sports guidance service of Xi'an morning and evening exercise site,and understood the demand of sports guidance service supply and crowd sports guidance service in Xi'an morning and evening exercise site.It is found that there are still some problems in the development of Xi'an exercise site.This article takes the body building crowd and the sports guidance service personnel of Xi'an training site as the investigation object,synthetically uses the sports science,the sports sociology,the sports management and the mass sports management and related discipline knowledge,adopts the literature material method.Questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method,selected five districts of Xi'an as the study scope of the questionnaire.Through the investigation and analysis,the research results show that xi 'an morning and evening training site has some development in some aspects,but there are many contradictions between the supply and demand of fitness guidance service,insufficient supply of sports guidance service facilities.The sports guidance service personnel is ageing;Insufficient supply of sports guidance service and shortage of supply fund;The shortage of professional guidance personnel affects the development of fitness movement;The sports guidance service system is not perfect.On the research results,this paper puts forward the corresponding proposal: deepening the reform of the national fitness sports guidance services supply side,optimize the structure of the national fitness sports guidance services functions and elements of configuration,the construction of the national fitness sports to guide service supply system,improve the guidance team construction,increase the guidance content diversity;We improve the policy and regulation system for sports guidance services.
