| In today’s world,global competition has shifted from economic competition and industrial competition to human resource competition and talent competition.Future ascending must rely more on human resources and technological progress,the inland free trade zone can explore a replicable,operational experience.The key lies in whether there is sufficient support and assurance of the human resource,especially talent resources.The Chongqing free trade zone is located in the strategic link between One Belt And One Road and Yangtze river economic belt.During the 13 th five-year plan period,Chongqing has a great task and new opportunities and missions.How to do the top design and innovation to form the talent policy,with the characteristic of regional free trade area construction,to meet the needs of talents and intelligence requirements,to further guide talents to play a more important role in the free trade area construction,and to enhance the overall competitiveness of the inland free trade zone development and opening to the outside world,is the starting point and the foothold of this study.This study takes Chongqing as the case,the first part is mainly literature review research.The second part is the research of the status quo.The third part is the comparative study of competitiveness.The fourth part is the research of countermeasure mechanism. |
