In 2004,the Guangdong Development Bank issued the first "college credit card".Since then,the Bank of industry and industry,construction bank and other banks followed up.The credit card market of college students was very hot.During the period,many college students because of impulsive consumption reduced to a "card slave" once caused public concern.In 2009,the CBRC issued a notice to strengthen the supervision of College Students' credit card,but it failed to fundamentally curb the consumption desire of college students.The stage shopping platform specialized for college students began to rise quietly on the network.Subsequently,other loan products also entered the university campus.By 2014,three types of "campus loans" were basically formed for college students' staging shopping platform,P2 P loan platform for college students and entrepreneurship and credit services of traditional e-commerce platform.With the rapid spread of "campus loan" in Colleges and universities,under the imperfect supervision policy,some unlawfully unlawfully distributed usury to college students and even bare loans to college students."Campus loan" has become one of the most heated topics in university education management.In this paper,"campus loan" as the main research object,on the basis of fully consulting the relevant literature,mainly in the way of social investigation,select the Guangzhou South China Business Trade College students as the investigation object,to investigate the status of College "campus loan",and combined with the canon type cases,analyze the causes of the illegal "campus loan" and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.Through the investigation of the students' use of "campus loan" in Guangzhou South China Business Trade College and the analysis of typical cases,it is not difficult to find that the deviation of students' values and the unstandardized operation of "campus loan" platform are the main reasons that lead to the overflow of the illegal "Campus loan".Oneis the prevailing wind in the campus,the two is that the students' excessive consumption is not tempered,and the students' psychological quality needs to be taken.The four is the loan trap of the campus loan platform,the five is the illegal "campus loan" violence collection.For college students who have strong demand for consumption but no steady source of income,campus finance is a double-edged sword.The proper use of "campus loan" can effectively satisfy the consumption desire of college students and realize the dream of learning and entrepreneurship.If it is not used properly,it may affect its normal study life and even endanger life.Therefore,the blind stop to the "campus loan" is not a good policy,to strengthen supervision and guidance in order to seek benefits and avoid harm,play the active role of "campus loan" in the credit consumption of college students.According to the specific problems of "campus loan",according to the theory of government regulation,consumption psychology,school moral education and other theories,this paper puts forward the suggestion of standardizing "campus loan" from three aspects of government,school and family: first,the government should perfect the laws and regulations.The relevant government departments must speed up the legislative pace on the "campus loan",in order to fill the legal gap in the field of the campus finance,and to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the credit consumption market of colleges and universities by standardizing the operation process of campus financial services such as "campus loan",and two,the government should strengthen the supervision.By improving the entrance threshold of the "campus loan" business enterprise,standardizing the operating mechanism of the "campus loan" platform,establishing the information public platform of "campus loan",perfecting the service evaluation system of "campus loan",and clear supervision of the main responsibility of the supervision on the campus lending business,and three,the school should strengthen the actual effect of moral education.Schools should attach importance to moral education for students and help students establish the correct world outlook,outlook on life and values.We should improve the effectiveness of moral education through updating the content of moral education,innovating the methods of moral education and creating the atmosphere of moral education.Four,we must strengthen the management of students.Through the popularization of "campus loan" related knowledge,the establishment of the loan student information base,the students' financial support and psychological intervention,the establishment of the "campus loan" emergency treatment mechanism and other ways to guide studentsto choose the rational use of "campus loan";five is to pay attention to family education.As one of the three major education pillars,family education plays an important role in the growth of students.Parents should help students to establish a correct outlook on money by inheriting good family style and strengthening their parents and children's communication,and cultivate good habits of consumption and cultivate noble moral sentiment.
