A Study On The Current Situation Of College Students’ Campus Loan And Its Educational Guidance Mechanism

In recent years,with the continuous development of social economy and technology,"campus loan" has risen.The bad Internet loan entering the university campus brings the risk of wide coverage,great destructiveness and long latent period to the University students.Preventing and avoiding the risk of bad "campus loan" has become an urgent problem for colleges and universities to pay attention to and solve.Since 2015,vicious incidents on campus caused by bad "campus loan" have occurred frequently.In many higher vocational colleges,students borrow money from bad "campus loan" because they do not have the ability to repay,which causes more and more debts,and ultimately has a serious impact on life and learning.In May 2016,the General Office of the Ministry of Education and the Office of the China Banking Regulatory Commission jointly issued the Notice on Strengthening the Risk Prevention and Educational Guidance of Non-performing Online Loans on Campus,and took official measures to control the development of non-performing Internet Loans in universities.Therefore,efforts must be made to control and prevent the development of bad online loans in higher vocational colleges so as to provide a healthy campus environment for college students.As an important part of Internet finance,college students’ campus loan has been fully developed.With the development of "campus loan",its risks and hidden dangers have become increasingly prominent,which has brought troubles to many college students economically and spiritually.On the basis of full investigation and research,this paper expounds the basic concept and development status of college students’ "campus loan" in order to promote the better service of college students’ groups;and takes the college students’ campus loan in Chengdu as the object,analyses the existing problems and causes of campus loan by means of questionnaire survey;and then,from the standardised city.In order to establish a legal,orderly,standardized and healthy "campus loan" service market,this paper puts forward some suggestions on standardizing college students’ "campus loan" from the perspectives of market order and improving college students’ financial management.
