Play is not only the basic activity of children in kindergarten,but also the important content of improving the quality of kindergarten education,and the improvement of educational quality can not be separated from the important role of teachers.Sand,with its high plasticity and creativity,is deeply loved by young children.At the same time,playing sand games is also a common regional game in kindergartens.But when the sand game enters the field of kindergarten,it is bound to be influenced by some educational ideas.Therefore,to pursue spatial perception,construct and symbolize sand games and play them in kindergarten in the form of regional games is not only a requirement but also a challenge to kindergarten teachers.This study is based on the study of preschool teachers From the point of view of literature review and practical observation,teachers' support can be distributed in pre-game material,time and field,game guidance strategy of teacher system in game organization.Verbal and nonverbal support.Then according to the specific performance of teachers and children in the game to observe and analyze the elements of teachers' support in sand games,and interview the teachers according to the research purpose and the current situation of observation,to understand the intention and viewpoint behind the support.This paper analyzes the causes of the problems in teachers' support,and puts forward corresponding educational suggestions.It is found that on the one hand,teachers provide children with necessary play materials,time and space support,but the levels and types of materials are not enough,and time and space are insufficient.On the other hand,the problems of teachers' support strategies in sand games are as follows: the teachers' insufficient support for children's game planning and situation creation before playing sand games,and the teachers' insufficient support for the simulated structure of children in medium and large classes.After the end of the game,teachers on the children's game experience is not enough.From the kindergarten management level,the children play sand games notenough attention,relying on the teacher's personal ability to support children to play sand games is more difficult;from the teacher's perspective,teachers' observation ability of children playing sand games is not enough.From the point of view of kindergarten teaching and research teachers lack of guidance on children's ability to play sand games.Finally,the researchers put forward suggestions on the cause of formation: 1.In kindergarten,children should be provided with the time and space to play sand as far as possible according to their interests;the purchase and delivery of materials should be changed according to the age characteristics and the level of development of the children,or Increase by 2.Teachers,improve their ability to guide children to play sand games,clear children play sand game education goals.3.Garden-based teaching and research,problem-oriented play sand games to support research activities.
