National documents such as Kindergarten Work Regulations,Kindergarten Education Guidelines(Trial)and Learning and Development Guidelines for Children aged 3-6 all emphasize that we should understand and respect children’s learning methods and characteristics,we should take play as the basic activities,and value the value of play for children’s learning and development.The effective support of teachers to children’s independent play is even more important.Based on this background,this study aims to explore the guiding strategies of preschool teachers for young children’s autonomous play through action research.This study is based on the ternary interaction theory,the occurrence cognitive theory and the stent teaching theory,closely following the teachers ’support behavior and children’s game behavior in independent play,and contacting the game environment conditions and teachers’ own situation,so as to explore and improve the actual needs of independent play in S kindergarten.In this study,observation and interview methods were used to explore the teacher support strategies in each link of independent game in S kindergarten.The research results show that in autonomous play,S kindergarten teachers intervene too much and neglect children’s autonomy;teachers’ guiding behavior is arbitrary and inappropriate;the game sharing process is missing and the communication after the game is neglected.The lack of awareness of the importance of independent play causes the lack of attention to the game process,leading to the sharing and communication after play.In order to further explore the practical strategy,three rounds of educational action research programs were designed for the purpose of correct teachers’ support attitude of independent play,mastering the support opportunity of independent play and effectively using the support mode of independent play.In Class 2 of S Kindergarten,a 3-month educational action research on the attempt and exploration of independent play,the adjustment and improvement of teacher guiding strategies in independent play,and the role positioning of teachers is more flexible and diversified;the organization ability of independent play is significantly enhanced;the observation ability of teachers is gradually improved;the autonomy of children;the children’s ability to solve problems;and the children’s game creativity is continuously developed.Based on the above research results,some suggestions on improving teachers’ support strategies in autonomous play are put forward from the two levels of teachers and kindergarten.Teachers should correct their attitude towards autonomous play and teachers’ support,establish the concept of lifelong learning,and take notice of the development level of young children..Kindergartens should attach importance to and guide the teacher support in independent play and strengthen the teaching research and training of teacher support in independent play.
