The Exploration Of Social Work Intervention In The Issues About Community Education Of The Adolescent

With the continuous development of the society,the education cause and the community construction have made considerable progress in China,and the development community has provided a stage for the community education.Using the community as a bridge,the starting point and the foothold have been opened up to improve the quality of residents and promote community development.An important group in the community is the youth group.Molding and educating young people is not only the responsibility of the family and the school,but also the responsibility of society and the community.However,there are still many problems in the development of adolescent community education.Therefore,how is it at the community level? The good community education for young people deserves public thinking.This article takes the Y community education in Beijing as an example.under the support of social learning theory and social theory study found that although the youth community education in continues,but because of reasons of communities,streets and policy led to the youth community education mainly in the content and way of innovation lags behind,neglected among teenagers,the teenager community education effect is not obvious in these three problems,hindered the development of youth community education.Researchers use interviews and observations to conduct data collection and activity assessments.According to the needs of young people,launched community activities and group activities in the form of youth community education,which helped solve the problems of young people's community education in the end.Through the performance and changes of young people in activities,we will evaluate and analyze the role and effect of social work in solving the problem of adolescent community education.The study found that the effect of social work involvement in the treatment of adolescent community education is worthy of recognition.First,community activities and group activities have expanded the contents and methods of adolescent community education,adding to the vitality of adolescent community education.Second,social work has reached a new height in meeting the needs of young people.Finally,community education resources have been fully developed,and they promoted the overall development of young people and cultivated their sense of belonging and social responsibility to the community.
