| With the continuous transformation and upgrading of our country’s social structure,people’s living needs are changing increasingly,and the public service level and field that the government can provide to the society become limited.All kinds of needs and appeals of people cannot be timely received attention and effective arrangement and adjustment,it is likely to cause and deepen social contradictions.Therefore,which requires more social organizations to participate in the social management of share the pressure of the government in the field of public management,in order to improve the ability of social management level,conform to the requirements of the construction of the harmonious development of society.Social work,as a kind of social organization,should also be born.The establishment of numerous social work institutions in promoting social harmony and stability,and through links to resources provide people with physical,spiritual support,in order to increase the ability of social life,set up a bridge of good communication between the government and the masses.But at the same time,as the social work of foreign products,in China’s development is in the primary stage,social work institutions in the development of various problems,contradictions are emerging.Therefore,how to carry out scientific construction,management and effective operation of social work institutions is worthy of reflection and discussion.Based on the learning practice of D service institutions in ordos city,this paper adopts literature analysis,interviews and field participation methods.Through the background,operation status and management mode of the D service institution in ordos city,the structure of personnel organization and other aspects are expounded.Discovery mechanism inthe process of developing the construction of a series of problems,mainly from the challenge of external environment and institutional capacity building internal two aspects has carried on the analysis of the manifestation of reflection: the government’s cultivating force is insufficient,lack of local development path,from social support,participation,insufficient ability is weak,in running projects,organization management is not perfect,the security administration tendency and social workers concern about the future,links to resources and services innovation underpowered and so on several aspects are analyzed.And according to the above problem this paper put forward the following strategies,the government power to reasonable intervention,perfect the policies and regulations,formulate unified social worker industry norms,make industry leading,in order to attract more people to join to the social work profession;Promote the development of the localization of social work,in reference to others on the basis of the development of pattern to combine the local actual condition,the development of social work through constant test in practice,gradually formed suitable for local social work development path;In addition,in the internal management of the organization,it is proposed to expand the financing channels and enhance the vitality of the organization.To raise the importance of human resources and to expand social recognition of social work industry to propose measures,so as to provide some reference for the development of other social work institutions.In order to promote a healthier and more sustainable social work force. |
