Research On The Difficulties And Countermeasures Of The Development Of C Private Affairs Social Work Organization

In recent years,in order to develop social work institutions,China has introduced a series of measures to promote social work and improve people's livelihood.As the number of social work organizations continues to increase,social work continues to improve in service.However,due to different economic development in different regions,different humanistic environments,and different talent reserves,the development of social work organizations is also quite different in different regions.At present,private social worker organizations in economically developed regions such as Beijing,Shanghai,Shenzhen,Guangzhou,Dongguan,etc.Development is more rapid.However,in the northeast and northwest regions of China,the development of social worker institutions is relatively slow.With the improvement of China's social management service system and the continuous innovation of social management services,all provinces and cities across the country are promoting the construction of private social service agencies.The development of C social service agencies has also made great progress.However,there are still many problems such as inadequate government support,lack of policies,small scale,and small quantity.This article aims at the problems existing in the C-run social work institutions and the government should issue corresponding policies.For social aspects,a social support network should be established.Institutions should improve the existing system to conduct analysis.The author interviewed a number of C social office managers and first-line social workers to obtain first-line information to write an article through the interview method.Through investigation visits,it is understood that C city has advantages as a latecomer region.The late-developed regions learn from the experience of advanced regions to avoid detours,the resources of universities are abundant,and the founders of the Internet rely more on a fixed basis.
