Management by objectives is a management approach that is based on learning objectives.Since the reform,the knowledge of junior high school textbooks has been increasing,and the requirement of general examination in g city has accelerated the teaching rhythm of junior high school.Management by objectives provides theoretical basis for the deep learning of suburban junior middle school students and methodological guidance for the effective management of suburban junior middle school teachers.According to the criterion of novice-proficient-expert,the study focuses on six suburban junior middle school teachers,and based on interviews,text analysis and classroom observation,it is found that the characteristics of Mbo of suburban junior middle school teachers are as follows: Teachers at different stages of development lack the guidance of methodology;Novice teachers are lack of systematicness and standardization in the management of classroom learning objectives,and proficient teachers don’t know how to combine their own experience with management by objectives theory in the management of classroom learning objectives The decline of expert teachers’ effectiveness has affected the further development of management by objectives in the classroom.On the basis of analyzing the deep-seated reasons of classroom management problems,this paper puts forward some specific strategies to promote classroom learning in suburban junior middle school: Constructing a management by objectives support system for school —— Foshan teachers,and constructing a learning atmosphere System Support,team development,system training,lesson observation,results show six dimensions to improve the strategy;develop a learning objectives management system manual for novice teachers;To provide case guidance of classroom learning management for proficient teachers and to provide theoretical guidance for expert teachers to improve self-efficacy.It provides reference for the practical work of classroom learning objective management in g suburban junior middle school,so as to enhance the timeliness and effectiveness of classroom learning objective management and promote the quality of learning.
