Teacher job satisfaction refers to the overall feeling and view of teachers about their work,occupation,working conditions and conditions.Because of the important mission of university teachers are responsible for cultivating high-level talents and enhance their job satisfaction is the improving teachers' work enthusiasm,stable teachers and achieve major initiatives in the national talent strategy,so the study of the job satisfaction of college teachers has become one of the research areas of common concern in the international community,has become an important research topic of education researchers.Job satisfaction of secondary vocational teachers is an important part of job satisfaction research.It is closely related to job performance,turnover rate,absenteeism rate and job burnout of secondary vocational school teachers.Theory of hierarchy of needs,ERG theory,two factor theory,equity theory,person one post matching and human organization fit theory and work family conflict theory can constitute the theoretical basis of job satisfaction of secondary vocational teachers.In this study,"teachers job satisfaction questionnaire" to the Hebei Province six vocational schools and 300 teachers conducted a survey,the survey found: Higher Vocational Teachers' work satisfaction,but in gender,whether part-time,whether differences in both administrative duties and discipline factors was not significant,while in age,work experience,education and professional title and other factors have significant difference;from the specific dimensions,vocational teachers' satisfaction is the lowest salary,the highest satisfaction is the interpersonal relationship,job satisfaction in order from low to high salary,working environment,management system,professional development,work itself,organizational atmosphere,interpersonal relationship;survey secondary vocational school teachers,there is a certain degree of occupation burnout;from the influence of teachers job satisfaction in gender,age,work experience,education and professional title.Human factors,personal factors in secondary vocational school teachers' job satisfaction in some dimensions are significantly different,and in some dimensions,the difference is not significant.The effect of secondary vocational teachers' job satisfaction factors include: low salaries,poor research conditions,less participation in the management,promotion ofeducation,hard work pressure,simple and boring work,person and organization matching degree is low.The change of teachers job satisfaction status,improve teachers job satisfaction,can take the following strategies: to improve teacher welfare,improve teachers' academic conditions,increase teachers' participation in management innovation promotion opportunities,teachers training system,relieve teachers' working pressure and make work fun and challenge,improve the matching degree of individual teachers and job and organization.
