Long-term plan, education-oriented; educational plans, teacher oriented. 21st century belongs to the era of technological competition, but the essence of technological competition is the talent competition. University, as a training platform for high-level personnel, whose core competitiveness lies in the quality of teachers. "University, the intrinsic quality of Which is great master, not Magnificent building". Teachers, as the subject of higher education, is the key to improve the quality of teaching. So, the research of teacher's job satisfaction has many practical significances for school administration and social development, the research is also a necessary requirement for "people management". The results are as follows.Take interview and questionnaire as the main research method, We have distributed 350 questionnaires in the aggregate.The purpose is to comprehend and enhance the teachers'Job satisfaction. Using knowledge on organizational behavior, psychology, management, statisticas, This paper combined Theoretical analysis with empirical analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. investigated teachers of Economics and Business category,science and engineering category,literature and history category,medical category,foreign language College with sampling survey approach. Focused in depth on teacher's job satisfaction. The results are these:(1) Jiangsu university's job satisfaction is divided into five dimensions. namely, management system, revenue benefit, relationship,work feeling and Library resource, which can explain about 63% job satisfaction of teachers in Jiangsu university. (2) Teachers of Jiangsu university are more satisfied with their work, Average score of overall job satisfaction is 3.3222, in addition to income benefit, the score in other dimensions is high. (3) there are no significant differences between male teachers and female teachers in Job satisfactory degree. (4) Old teacher's job satisfaction is higher than young teachers'job satisfaction, especially in the degree of management system and revenue benefit. (5) Married teachers are more satisfactory than single teachers, especially in the degree of revenue benefit. (6)The higher education and professional post, the higher job satisfaction, there are obvious differences in other dimensions except in relationship and library resource. (7) The job satisfaction of teachers in science and engineering is higher but teachers in humanities and social science teacher job satisfaction is lower.Based on this above, some measures are put forward as follows: improving the income of teachers, setting up a reasonable, fair and transparent assessment system, createing a platform for international exchange and development, establishing communication channels, optimizing working environment and so on.
