21st century is an era in which science and technology are continuously advancing,and the total amount of knowledge is constantly increasing.If we continue to increase teaching content in order to keep up with the pace of the times and adapt to changes in society,it will inevitably lead to overburdened students,impeded intellectual development,and lack of learning.The initiative and enthusiasm will not achieve the expected teaching effect.Under such circumstances,it is one of the issues that must be considered by the education sector in China to teach them how to continuously update and increase their knowledge without increasing the burden on the students.In the early 1950 s,one of the schools of teaching theory that emerged in the Federal Republic of Germany was organized by selecting some basic “ basic ” typical“exemplary” organizations to teach,so that the content of the teaching is centralized,specialized,with few and excellent The characteristics have greatly eased the pressure on students' learning.Soon after the paradigm teaching was introduced,Martin Wagenschein performed teaching practice in physics teaching and achieved good results.The facts show that in the physics teaching of high schools,the typical example of“exemplary” plays a very important role in helping students master key points and break through difficulties.This dissertation adopts the literature method,interview method and test method to study the concrete application and practice of paradigm teaching in high school physics teaching.First of all,it discusses the concept of "exemplary teaching",the research status at home and abroad,and the theoretical foundation of "exemplary teaching" in detail.On this basis,the four processes of "exemplary teaching" in the high physics teaching and the implementation of specific requirements and teachingpractice are presented,namely,the first paradigm is presented,"from" to "class",and the laws of physics are summarized and obtained.life experience.Finally,through the interview with the first-line physics teachers of the practice school,the comprehensive analysis of the test results of the experimental class,and then the comparative analysis of the enrollment and final grades of the experimental class and the control class resulted in the following conclusions.The application of "exemplary teaching" to high school physics teaching conforms to the characteristics of the subject and the cognitive characteristics of the students.It can not only simplify the complex issues and visualize abstract problems,but also stimulate students' interest in learning physics.It can also promote the students' cognitive transfer ability,summarization ability,problem analysis and problem solving ability.
