In the new round of basic education curriculum reform,it is difficult to circumvent the problem of "core literacy".As the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development(OECD)first proposed "core literacy",China's Ministry of Education promulgated "opinions on comprehensively deepening the Curriculum Reform and carrying out the fundamental task of building up people by virtue",and "core literacy" attracted much attention.It has become the key to deepen the curriculum reform and carry out the fundamental task of creating a person by virtue.The discussion on the core literacy of this subject has been carried out one after another.This paper,based on the new curriculum concept,has thought about the strategy of cultivating the core literacy of the political subject in senior high school.In line with the development trend of the current curriculum reform,this paper attempts to serve as the subject of ideology and politics in senior high school.The cultivation of core literacy provides a certain theoretical reference.The basic education in China,from the initial double-base to the development of three-dimensional goals,basic education from the test to quality education leapfrogging.Today,the times are calling for discipline core literacy.This is the further deepening of quality education,so that countless educators full of vision for future education.The first part is the introduction,which mainly expounds the background characteristic of times and the significance of the research on the core accomplishment of the ideological and political discipline and summarizes the research progress of domestic and international academic circles by related documents.The second part is basic theoretical research,which defines the concepts of discipline literacy and discipline core literacy and introduces the theoretical foundation and necessity of discipline core literacy research.The third part mainly introduces the main contents and characteristics of the core literacy of the ideological and political subject in senior high school.This is the basis of the training strategy.The main contents include political identity,scientific spirit,awareness of the rule of law,public participation,on the basis of this analysis of the discipline core literacy.The fourth part is the key part of the article,from the curriculum,teaching,learning and assessment these four aspects to discuss how to cultivate high school political discipline core competence.This paper uses the method of literature research,the research method of system analysis to make a comprehensive explanation of the core literacy of the high school ideological and political subject.Some strategies are provided about the upcoming curriculum reform how to cultivate the core competence of high school ideological and political discipline.
