At present,the research on cultivating students' core literacy has been extended to many countries and regions.In order to implement further curriculum reform,China has carried out many explorations of “core literacy” in the field of education.In the newly revised "Standards for the History of Senior High Schools" in 2017,the "Leader Tree People" policy put forward by the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China was implemented,and the training objectives of the history curriculum of ordinary high schools were further improved,and the current curriculum development was studied.The overall trend,the task and structure of the general high school curriculum.Among them,the core literacy of time and space concept is of great benefit to the thinking of high school students to form a rational cognition of historical things.The cultivation and formation of students' historical time and space view deserves due attention.This paper investigates the current situation of the use of time and space concept teaching in middle school history classrooms,and based on the survey results to improve the teaching ideas and resources,and optimize the teacher teaching method strategy.First of all,it clarifies how the concepts related to historical time and space concepts are defined.Then,based on the characteristics of historical subjects,middle school history courses and core literacy,the importance of applying time and space concepts to history classes is discussed in the high school history classroom.In addition,in the process of teaching,historical chronology,timeline,historical map,modern science and technology can be used to strengthen the cultivation of students' concept of time and space.Finally,the author will design the three aspects of situation creation,teaching material utilization and curriculum resource development,using the various teaching strategies to design a lesson in the history of the high school history of the People's Education High School.The practical application of the concept of time and space in history teaching.
