Study Of Lost Land Peasants Problems In Turpan Gobi Community

Land is the source of life and production and career for generations farmers.However,with the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization,more and more arable land has become victim,and farmers have been forced to become urban citizens.This transformation of identity has brought many problems,but has not made any substantial progress.Based on the literature research,questionnaire,interview and observation,this paper takes the Gobi community lost farmers in Turpan as the survey,and takes the social ecosystem theory,social adaptation theory and social support network theory as the guidance,and analyzes the problems and influence factors on the social adaptation status of the lost farmers in Gobi community,and through the learning of land lost farmers' problems solved successfully at home and abroad,countermeasures and suggestions to serve landless farmers are put forward,and relevant theoretical and practical researches are carried out.At present,in this respect,the literature of ethnic areas as a survey is less,and the development of social work service in ethnic areas is relatively backward.It needs related research and suggestions to promote its rich content and improve its mechanism.The innovation of this paper is to explore the methods of local social work service in Turpan Gobi community land lost farmers,use social adaptation theory to carry out adaptive investigation,and then discuss the influence factors through social support theory.It can be seen through investigation that landless peasants have the phenomenon of adaptation to the anomie in three aspects: job,family economic adaptation,social culture adaptation and psychological adaptation,which are characterized by low cultural degree,poor quality of labor,unstable employment,unbalance of income and expenditure,weak social support network,lack of social norms,lack of concept of rights and vague identity and so on.In the face of the increasingly fierce market competition,the farmers of lost land need self change to adapt themselves to the society,and also need policy support and institutional support to help themselves to change.Therefore,the author puts forward the public service policy to improve thesocial adaptation of the landless farmers,perfect the social work mechanism of the social adaptation of the landless peasants,construct the community education system to promote the social adaptation of the landless peasants,create a harmonious atmosphere for promoting the social adaptation of the landless farmers,and improve the quality and ability of the landless peasants themselves,which in order to improve the social adaptability of the landless peasants and ensure the long-term stability of the society.
