The rural public kindergarten is an important part of pre-school education.Teachers are the key factors influencing the quality of teaching.The survival status of rural kindergarten teachers affects the team construction of rural teachers,which affects the quality of kindergarten and the quality of preschool education in the whole rural areas.Therefore,we should pay attention to and improve the living conditions of preschool teachers,which has important theoretical and practical significance for promoting the development of preschool education in rural areas.In this study,the questionnaire survey and interview method were used to select teachers of 8 rural public kindergartens in Xingtai to carry out anonymous investigation.The questionnaire is mainly based on the five dimensions,including salary level and welfare,interpersonal relationship and occupational environment,occupational identity and social status,career prospects and professional development,work pressure and workload.It aims to reflect the living conditions of rural public kindergarten teachers through questionnaires and interviews.The results show that the happiness index of teachers in rural public kindergartens is not high.And they lack the sense of professional gain and the opportunity of their own life.Besides,their living conditions are not optimistic.What's more,this study is an objective description and in-depth analysis of the survey results.The factors that affect the survival status of rural public kindergarten teachers are as follows: From the teacher's own point of view,the level of kindergarten teachers is not high,professional ability is weak,and personal vision is difficult to achieve;From the kindergarten management point of view,the teacher wages are low,the work tasks are heavy,and the work load is large;From the educational administration point of view,kindergarten teacher management is unreasonable,financial support is not in place,and assessment opportunities for promotion is limited;From the social factors,kindergarten teachers' social status is low as well as public recognition.Finally,this paper puts forward the strategies and suggestions to improve the living condition of rural public kindergarten teachers which is based on the above four factors.
