| Preschool teachers are one of the important factors that affect the development and reform of the whole teacher industry,and the key to determine the quality of basic education and teaching.Among them,professional knowledge plays a basic and core role in the professional development of preschool teachers,and the level of professional knowledge of preschool teachers will directly affect their professional development and the quality of education and teaching.Provincial demonstrative public kindergartens should play a pioneering role in kindergartens in the whole province,so it is necessary to study the professional knowledge of teachers in provincial demonstrative public kindergartens.Based on this,this study selects the provincial model public kindergarten teachers in F City as the objects of this survey,mainly using literature,questionnaire and interview methods to investigate the professional knowledge of the provincial model public kindergarten teachers,including early childhood development knowledge,early childhood care and education knowledge and general knowledge.The research finds that the kindergarten teachers investigated have the following problems: first,the kindergarten teachers surveyed do not fully understand the relevant documents such as the kindergarten teachers’ professional standards(Trial),and the kindergarten does not organize teachers to carry out special learning in accordance with the relevant legal documents;second,the kindergarten teachers have the worst knowledge of children’s development in terms of professional knowledge,especially the knowledge of children’s growth,there is not a good understanding of the relevant legal documents of children’s survival,development and protection;third,kindergarten work is too complex,which is not conducive to kindergarten teachers’ self-learning and improvement;fourth,the government’s investment in preschool education is insufficient and does not pay attention to the role of the Internet platform.In view of the above problems,the researchers put forward suggestions to improve the professional knowledge of kindergarten teachers: first,kindergarten teachers should strengthen the power of independent development of knowledge,play an active role in learning relevant knowledge;second,kindergarten teachers should simplify the workload of teachers,avoid too complicated occupation of teachers’ self-learning time,and establish mutual aid groups of teachers to make teachers better develop their majors in the team Finally,the government should increase the investment in kindergartens and improve the corresponding laws and regulations,have innovative consciousness and build a network platform for teachers’ professional development. |
