Group cooperation mode refers to group teaching in practice,which enables students to communicate and discuss in groups and between groups,so as to stimulate students' learning motivation and enable students to change from passive learning to active learning.Through the group cooperation model,the students' interest in learning can be promoted and the students' participation in learning can be improved so as to improve the quality of education and teaching.In the practice teaching,it is found that the practical effect of part of the group cooperation mode is not good.Based on this,in order to research on the cooperation mode of group practice education achievement,to Y middle school classroom as the research scene,this paper adopts literature review method,classroom observation method,interview method,questionnaire method,finding the present situation in the group cooperation mode in the Y middle school,through in-depth analysis and understanding related issues,using Y in middle school English teaching word learning,listening and speaking,reading and writing lessons for practice,through the relevant improvement,finally the empirical results are the following:First,group cooperative learning can improve students' interest,improve students' participation in class,and improve their cooperation consciousness and cooperation ability.Cooperative learning,reasonable grouping,teachers' roles,appropriate cooperation skills training,teaching contents are prepared and the good classroom based on supervision,can give full play to the enthusiasm of the students,from passive learning to active learning,so as to improve the students' interest and participation,and increase students' cooperative skills.Second,group cooperative learning helps to improve the quality of classroom teaching.Group cooperative learning,based on its good and independent teaching mode,enables students to learn new knowledge in a relaxed and independent environment,and consolidates and deepens knowledge impressions through interaction.Orderly classroom presentation enables students to share learning gains and achieve knowledge sharing.Therefore,group cooperative learning can improve students' achievements and improve the quality of classroom teaching.Third,in order to make the operation of group cooperation model better,the writer gives some suggestions: strengthen the training of teachers,school teachers to strengthen the cooperative learning in the classroom,strengthen teachers' cognition of cooperative learning guidance,strengthen the monitoring of group cooperative learning.It is hoped that the research results of this paper can help improve the teaching quality.
