In the information age,M-Learning has become more and more popular.However,the use of traditional instructional design methods failed to inspire the potential.Outcomes based education(OBE)which emphasizes expected objectives and reverse design can improve the quality of learning.This paper focuses on the ID from the perspective of theory,it attempts to propose instructional design model based on OBE in mobile learning environment and provides a reference for improving the quality of mobile learning.During the theoretical research period,first,this paper proposes principles of ID that OBE is mainly student-centered,goal-guided,competency –based,achievements-proven and reverse-ID.Secondly,from the perspective of mobile learning,this paper analyzes the characteristics of ID and elements of learning activities.Finally,an instructional design model based on OBE in the mobile learning environment is proposed,which is “learning objectives—activity design —learning evaluation”.During the practical research period,based on this ID model,under the support of the mobile learning environment of Shanghai Open University,this paper selectes one of the courses “Application of Data Visualization in Learning Evaluation” in the primary and secondary teachers' information technology ability improve project,and organizes teachers to participate and implement.Through the test,self-assessment form,learning satisfaction and interviews to evaluation.The results are as follows: 1)The test results show that: most people got high score,provide personalized guidance based on K-means clustering results;2)The self-assessment form results show that: there is a positive influence change in learning interest and learning style;3)The satisfaction results show that: in all aspects of instructional design have got high satisfaction,there is a significant correlation between expected outcome,activity design,and learning evaluation from correlation analysis results.4)The interview results show that: mastering the objective in advance is helpful to the development of learning,and the communication activities are set reasonably,and the platform operation may have an impact on the learning effect and experience.In sum,through multi-dimension analysis of learning effects and instructional design,the feasibility and validity of the ID model based on OBE in this paper is verified.This paper provides some ideas and practical guides for improving the quality of mobile learning.
