With the development of the digital revolution,blended learning has become a major trend of school education innovation.Blended learning combines the advantages of traditional school education and distance online learning so that students can not only choose teaching resources and communication methods freely,but also make up for the shortcomings of online learning through appropriate learning activities.Blended learning emphasizes the learner as the center,and many researchers have found that in order to achieve the goal of blended learning in the classroom,it is necessary to pay attention to the individualized development of learners in the learning process,and the premise of students' individualized development is to pay close attention to the characteristics of their learning style.Therefore,in the current blended learning environment,we should fully consider the students 'learning style,and then carry out the corresponding teaching strategy to match,in the hope that combine teachers' teaching and students 'learning better,optimize the teaching effect.First of all,combing and summarizing the study of learning style,teaching matching strategy,conceptual definition of blended learning environment and related research results,this study selected Felder-Silverman learning style model,from the dimensions of perception,processing,input and understanding of information to analyze the learning style of vocational students.Then from the two dimensions of method and content,four kinds of teaching matching strategies are designed,that is,providing vocational students with four learning styles with multiple matching learning resources and tools.Then the experimental study is carried out.In the experimental study,firstly,refer to the three-stage learning model,the blended learning situation was established,the effectiveness of the teaching matching strategy designed by this study is verified by contrast test.The experimental results show that the designed teaching matching strategy can stimulate the learning motivation of secondary vocational school students and promote the all-round development of vocational middle school students in practical teaching,and this individualized teaching strategy is deeply loved by students,also it can mobilize students to participate in learning activities effectively,thus improving learning efficiency and teaching quality and promoting education fairness.
